About this Event

About the speaker: Conor Heeney is a Lecturer in Applied Sport and Exercise Science and Strength & Conditioning Coach at Liverpool John Moores University. He has worked across more than 50 sports, supporting athletes from developing level through to international and world championship performance, including multiple world champions across different sports. His work focuses on applied strength and conditioning, physical preparation and making performance support practical and relevant to the athlete/person in front of him.
