Run Rich x Dray Mental Health Activation

Join us for an evening of movement, connection, and community at the Run Rich x Dray Mental Health Activation.

Come at 5:30 for a free screening with Charles Street Family Chiropractor. Following the screening, runners will be invited back to our office for a complimentary spinal exam, including X-rays, to take a more in-depth look at their spinal health and alignment.

• $20 reservation fee to reserve the appointment
• The reservation fee secures the appointment and allows us to prepare for your visit

Then at 6:00, we'll kick things off with a conversational 5K at a 10-minute pace, welcoming runners of all experience levels. After the run, we'll gather at Dray Drinks for meaningful conversations, community-building activities, and a Busyhead Project Community Wall, where you can leave a message of hope, encouragement, or dedicate your run to someone who has impacted your life.

Every ticket purchased is a direct donation, with proceeds benefiting Samaritans and Busyhead Project to support suicide prevention, mental health awareness, and accessible community resources.
