Run Revolution is an event designed by runners for runners, aiming to help participants optimize their performance and stay injury-free! Hosted by CC's Physical Therapy, the event will feature presentations on injury prevention and performance optimization, as well as a Q&A panel with local endurance athletes. Additionally, attendees can participate in breakout sessions covering topics such as running analysis, strength training, pelvic health, footwear selection, and nutrition for runners. At the end of the night, you are welcome to join us for a group fun run!
