Heavy legs, stiff hips, sore muscles? This 45-minute session is designed to help you run feeling lighter, moving more freely and reducing sore muscles.

We combine simple, effective myofascial release, mobility, and warm-up exercises specifically for runners. You’ll leave with a routine you can use anytime – an easy, effective addition to your regular running training that makes a real difference.
