Introducing.... RUN 'n' BASS
⏩ Saturday 29th June, 10am
Starting & Ending at Hockley Social Club, you’ll take part in a fun 30 minute 'Drum n Bounce' Warm Up 👯
After that you’ll be guided on a Running Tour with 'Run of a Kind' of Musical Stories and Sites in Birmingham, with a playlist to match - booming from our backpack speaker 🏃
On our return there will be a 30 minute Yoga Cool Down stretch to more chilled tunes 🧘
After that you’ll be free to eat, drink and continue the party at Hockley Social Club with their array of independent food vendors, bars and DJ’s 🥳
💸 INTRODUCTORY PRICE: £18
⏲️ TIMINGS: 10am - 12pm (30mins Drum n Bounce, 60mins running at a gentle pace with stops, 30mins cool down)
😅 PACE: The run will be a gentle pace with stops. Dance experience not necessary!
