Run through Grant Park and the Zoo at the fifth-annual Run Like Wild 5K.Don’t miss Atlanta’s only 5K race and Atlanta Journal-Constitution Peachtree Road Race Qualifier where you might catch a glimpse of some of Earth’s most incredible wildlife. Register to run with us virtually from home or on your own trail. Virtual registration includes the t-shirt and race medal.

This is a rain-or-shine event; however, in the case of extreme weather, race updates will be posted here and emailed to all participants.
The cost of your race registration goes to support Zoo Atlanta’s operations, including superior animal care, education, and conservation across the globe.
In-Person 5K (ages 3+): $55 per person

Run, trot, or stroll through historic Grant Park and Zoo Atlanta for this Atlanta Journal-Constitution Peachtree Road Race qualifier. Race starts at 8 a.m. outside the Zoo Atlanta front gates and ends inside Zoo Atlanta for the After Party. Most of the course is through Grant Park. Race map, when available, will be posted here. Strollers, baby joggers, and pets are NOT permitted.
5K registration includes:
-Chip timing
-One unisex race T-shirt
-One finisher’s medal
-Ability to pick up your packet early (see Packet Pick-Up Info below) to avoid race morning stress
-Post-race snacks and drink at the After Party
-Free downloads of your race photos from True Speed Photos
-Same-day general admission to Zoo Atlanta after 9:30 a.m.
