Join us for this fun event with a deep purpose on October 26th for the in-person 5k and Kid’s Run/Walk. Run for Your Life brings awareness to mental health and suicide prevention, benefiting the Help Center's 24/7 crisis and suicide prevention services.Costume contest for humans AND dogs! Event starts and ends at the east side of the MSU Football stadium. 5k is a combination of trail and sidewalks. Kid's run goes around the football stadium perimeter and has a fun optional obstacle course!
Kid's Run starts at 9:30am
5k starts at 10am
If you can't make the in-person event, join us the week of Oct. 20-26 for our virtual event where you can walk, run, bike, or roll... you pick!
