Training starts now! Run for the Health of It is coming back to our city on Saturday, April 25th! This 5K takes place right in the heart of Madison Heights! Cruise through the city streets and set a new PR or stroll though the course and take in the sights and sounds on a crisp, sunny spring morning! Location: Red Oaks Nature Center 30300 Hales, Madison Heights MI 48071.
Race Start Time: 8:00 AM
Check-in beginning at 7:15 AM.
No shirt guaranteed if signing up after 4/1/26.
Entry prior to 1/1/26: $25
Entry prior to 3/31/26: $30
Entry prior to 4/22/26: $35
Race day entry fee: $40 - If registering on race day please bring cash or check, make checks payable to the City of Madison Heights!
