🏃♀️We start running 10:30.
This is a social run in one, two or three groups. All abilities welcome!
Group 1: 8-9km at 7min pace
Group 2: 8-9km at 6min pace
Group 3: 11-14km at 5:30min pace
Group 4: 11-15km at 5:00min pace
☕️🥞 We finish with an after run brunch
