Now that the weather's getting warmer, we will be taking advantage. You may notice we have been running more frequently in our workouts. Lucky for you we have partnered with the local Serc Physical Therapy to provide you with a run clinic! On Saturday May 4 we will be meeting at Serc Physical Therapy here in Belton to have our running form assessed. During this free clinic, they will provide a brief overview of good running technique. After which their therapists will individually assess running technique and based on what they see give some strategic feedback for interventions, if needed. The goal is for everyone to get better and more efficient at running! This will be hugely beneficial to those of you who already run pretty regularly and those of you who want to get better at running.
