Run-Bike-Run is back!
Time to head back to our playground, Columbia Gateway Dr., for our steadfast favorite, the RBR!
A great way to test fitness, practice transition, and get a good weekly session in, the RBR consists of a 2.1 mile run, 10.5 mile ride, and a final 2.1 mile run. We will have transition racks and someone to watch your equipment, so that you can work through your race style preparation without worry!
This month, RBR will start at 6:00pm. Please arrive early enough to set up your equipment and be ready to rock at 6:00.
Don't want to do the whole thing but want to train with fellow MMTCers? Come on out. We always have members out on the loop, running and cycling, so please feel free to come out anyone and say hi and share in some miles and smiles with us!
