About this Event
We would like to invite you to a new series of small-group, interactive self-care workshops designed specifically for runners who want to stay strong, mobile, and injury-resistant over the long term:
Run Better, Hurt Less: 3 Interactive Self-Care Workshops
Presented by Dr. Rob Hasegawa, Chiropractor from Good To Go Sports Therapy. After 34 years in practice, including working with athletes from Olympic Champions to learn-to-run runners, and 41 years as a competitive endurance athlete, his focus is helping runners move well, recover better, and keep doing what they love.
Each 1-hour session is practical and hands-on. You’ll learn simple, effective strategies you can use immediately to reduce pain, improve movement, and support your running.
Admission: Recommended donation of $10.00 to the Victoria Food Bank if possible
Participants: Please bring a yoga mat and wear loose, comfortable clothing

1. From the Ground Up: Fix Your Feet, Fix Your Run - April 6th - 5.30pm
Build a stronger foundation, improve stability, and address common issues like plantar fasciitis and Achilles Tendinopathy.
