About this Event

Are you passionate about fitness? Do you love dogs? Then join us on 7/12 for our special launch event for THE WAVE Run Club. We'll be partnering with Woof Wellness and NYC Second Chance Rescuefor a day of running, music, fun, and of course dogs!

Second Chance is a NYC based rescue offering hope to animals in need. They'll be bringing furry friends on-site to hang out with us all moring. And if you fall in love adoption is an option! Not ready to commit? You can still help these dogs in need by bringing one of the below items for donation if you choose.

MINUTE BY MINUTE:

Everyone meets at the studio, drops off donations, grabs some coffee, hangs out, and we can do quick introductions for the studio, Lisa, and the rescue.

7:30
Head over to the waterfront, meet the dogs, go over a few instructions, and do a group warm-up.

8:30
Time to run! We'll do about 5 miles and then make our way back to the studio with the pups.

9:30
Post-run hangout with the dogs, drinks, networking, photos, and opportunities for anyone interested in fostering or adopting.

10:30
Wrap up and head out for a well-earned lunch.
