RUN #100: City Scramble

Special running challenge to celebrate our 100th run!

This week is a team challenge with a splash of orienteering. Each team of two or three will get a list of 5 checkpoints around the Kallang Basin. Plan your route and make your way around the checkpoints as fast as you can. Take a team selfie at each one and get back quickly to the National Stadium. First team back wins the bragging rights!

ROUTE: Get your checkpoints at the start line and plan your route together with your team

START: National Stadium Gate 6

END: National Stadium Gate 6

DISTANCE: Expect around 15km

SCHEDULE:

7:30am: Meet and sort into teams

7:40am: Receive checkpoints list – run when ready

PLEASE BE ON TIME – LATECOMERS (after 7:40) MAY FIND THE START LINE EMPTY!

MUST HAVES:

• A well-charged phone with What 3 Words (app) installed. This is a map app that will allow you to see your checkpoints.
• Hydration system (water bottles, water backpack or cash for 7-Eleven). It may be hot, and since everyone has a different route, we cannot guarantee that water fountains will be available on your specific run.

TEAMS:

This challenge will be run in teams of 2 or 3 runners. Join with your crew or let us put you in a team at the start line.
