Step into the powerful world of Cuban Rumba.
Rumba Guaguancó is playful, expressive and deeply connected to Afro-Cuban culture and rhythm.
In this workshop we will explore:
✨ Authentic Rumba body movement
✨ Body isolations
✨ Playful feminine expression
✨ How to use a skirt or shawl while dancing
👗 Bring: A skirt or shawl to dance with
🦶 Shoes: Zapatillas or barefoot recommended

Let’s play with elegance and rhythm!
We will start with the traditional Cuban Cha Cha Chá, learning about its musicality and groove. Then we will add a modern Ladies Style twist, with more flow, styling and playful swing.
In this workshop you will explore:
💫 Cha Cha Chá rhythm and timing
💫 Elegant arm styling and body movement
💫 Turns and musical expression
💫 A modern “Cha Cha con Swing” style
👠 Shoes: Heels are recommended. Please avoid sport shoes, as they make turning more difficult.
