A unique combination of Latin, dance, pop music and Barre! This 45 minute class will improve your posture and flexibility. We will train the entire body using light weights and ballet inspired moves. Benefits of barre cardio: increased flexibility, stability and mobility.
Rumba Barre classes are smaller, which means you receive one on one attention from the group fitness instructor, individual modifications, group camaraderie and less injury. Its like receiving small group training at an affordable price.
Rumba Barre, established in 2016, was founded by Dayana and was fueled by her passion of Latin dancing, music and the ballet barre. Born in Colombia, she uses dance as a holistic therapy to heal the body.
All Fitness levels welcome. Please bring yoga/barre athletic gear, a yoga mat, water, small towel, barre/yoga grip socks and a pair of light weights (1-3 lbs).
Masks are not mandatory, however, they are recomended. Please arrive on time to avoid disrupting class flow. New clients, lease come to class 5 minutes early to sign the Liability Waiver to participate.
