Enjoy a signature rum cocktail to start whilst your host transports you around the world like a pirate and walk you through the history of rum and how it is made.
Explore the production of the different styles of rum. You'll learn how different styles are made, and how history and the raw materials used have shaped the different countries' styles.
Enjoy our Jamaican patty selection to help soak up some of the good stuff. A meat, fish and vegan/vegetarian selection will be available.
