As we head toward the final UK Bank Holiday weekend, we’ll guide you through creating three iconic rum cocktails — teaching you the techniques, the history, and the small details that make each drink shine.

You’ll mix, shake, stir, and taste your way through the evening, learning how these cocktails came to be, why they work, and how to recreate them confidently in your own kitchen. Expect a relaxed, fun atmosphere with plenty of good music, good conversation, and of course, good rum.
