Rule of Life

As we enter the second half of the year, many are revisiting goals, adjusting plans, and discerning how to move forward with greater intentionality.

But sustainable growth requires more than ambition or a plan.
It requires alignment, discernment, and intentionality.

A Rule of Life is an ancient Christian spiritual discipline that establishes intentional rhythms around prayer, rest, work, relationships, and personal stewardship. Rooted in Scripture and shaped by attentiveness to the Holy Spirit, it creates structure for a life that is spiritually grounded and sustainably led.

On Saturday, June 6, Polished Arrow will host a small, in-person Rule of Life gathering designed to create space to pause, reflect, and begin crafting rhythms that sustain life, leadership, and calling well.

Together, we will engage:
• Guided teaching
• Contemplative reflection
• Structured journaling
• Quiet space for discernment and personal reflection

This is not a goal-setting workshop.
It is a space for intentional alignment.
