Join us for a very special beer release and a super fun milestone in our ongoing collaboration with Juno the Bakery. For over 2 years we have had the pleasure of brewing a beer specially for Juno, where a big part of the fun has been evolving the recipe over time and adjusting it seasonally to best complement their amazing rugbrød.
Now we are very excited to present a beer brewed with that very same bread - substituting over 8 kilos of rugbrød directly for malt - the circle is now complete and the result is one amazing beer:
🍺 "Rugbrød Porter" is smooth and balanced, with layered notes of chocolate and of course rugbrød. 5,3%
Our friend Noah Erhun from Juno will be dropping in, so join us if you want to talk bread, beer, the meaning of life (quite possibly the same thing 😉), or just about anything in between 🍺🥖❤️
