We all navigate constant change.This constant change enables growth and evolution.
Constant evolution is the force of kundalini energy in our lives and in all living things. It is Divinity expressing and exploring itself through the natural world - and through us!
We require strength for the journey.
Kundalini practice provides order and structure to carry us through the necessary dissolution and chaos our lives. We practice to give our change direction.
We are fortified when we connect to the guidance and light at our heart.
These are profound practices that have seen me through a persistent eating disorder that started in college, severe postpartum depression, the dissolution of my marriage, to a phoenix-like re-imagination of my life today.
Come learn the basics of how your kundalini energy can serve you.
You will leave with:
- Direct experience of a new sensation of light and strength in your body - A foundational understanding of the energy of your body
- The parts of a kundalini practice: warm up, kriya / actions, mantra / sound - A chance to ask your own questions on how this relates to your own life
During our shared 2 hours we will learn, move, and converse.
All levels are welcome!
This is a great introduction to those who are new and a great refresher to those who may have tried it out and want to reestablish a new connection to practice.
