📍 Location: Roskilde University. Building: 00.1-009 (Store Auditorie)
At the Matchmaking Event, you’ll get the chance to meet organizations, companies and municipalities looking for students for semester projects. This year, approximately 20 companies are ready to find their match!
Program:
☕ 08:30–09:00 – Registration & free coffee & croissants
👋 09:00–09:30 – Welcome & good morning
💡 09:30–10:00 – Tips for a successful collaboration
📢 10:00–10:45 – Company pitches
☕ 10:45–11:15 – Coffee & tea break
📢 11:15–12:00 – More company pitches
🤝 12:00–14:00 – Matchmaking: networking & free lunch
💡 Important info:
• Registration is via QR ticket – remember to bring it to secure your spot and free lunch.
• Before 12:00, entry to pitches is first-come, first-served
• The ticket is required for free lunch which first-come, first-served as well.
• After 12:00, everyone is welcome to join the mingle.
• ⚠️ This is not a job fair, but a fair for semester project collaborations.
