October ChallengeAn Octoberfest Beer Maid has been known to carry as many as 12+ full steins of beer. You don’t get that kind of grip without some training. Enter: Rucktoberfest.
This month we’ll get that grip warmed for up by grabbing some extra weight (kettle bell, water can, dumbbell, etc) and carry it by hand for the entire 4 mile ruck.
Difficulty can be increased as outlined below. Additional mileage can be added if you’re into that sort of thing.
Difficulty:
Serious Rucker: Grab a weight for each hand.
Regular Ruckers: Just 1 weight.
Newbie Rucker: Share the weight with a friend.
Ruck Club: Grab a bunch of weights and make it work.
Weight:
Rucker’s Choice.
Optional Finisher:
Grab a beer (or whatever) with a friend.
