Join us as we get in a few miles and a little ruck PT to "earn the bird" before everyone enjoy their Thanksgiving feast! We'll ruck a 5K distance with some ruck PT movements along the way. Nothing too crazy, just enough to boost your metabolism for the day.This is a FREE, family-friendly event suitable for people of all physical ability levels. We recommend 20#/30# for those who workout regularly or 10#/20# for beginners. Anyone looking for more of a challenge should bring a sandbag that matches your level of motivation.
A limited number of Rucksgiving patches will be available to participants for $5 apiece.
