Join us for a weighted walk around Albert Park Lake.Departing at 7.30am sharp (I have a plane to catch), so please arrive a little earlier if you are trying on gear to demo (I will be there from 7am).
Meet at the parking area in front of The Boatshed for a 6km flat walk with weight (I will post a picture of my hire car and location and post in the event page).
Bring your own weighted backpack or vest or demo one of ours ... we have 2 x RUKSAK's and in RUKVEST's we have 5 x 11kg , 8 x 5kg, 8 x 8kg and 2 x 3kg.
Comment in the event page what loaner you want and I will put it aside for you.
