The Great Lakes Bay Veterans Coalition will be hosting a 22-mile ruck on Memorial Day 2021. This will be an annual event. 22 miles represents the 22 Veterans who take their life every day.See the GLBVC Event Page for All the Info and Updates: https://fb.me/e/2YFpBCdk3
The event will start at Auburn Park in Auburn Michigan and follow a 22-mile route around Auburn and will end back in Auburn Park.
The ruck is open to anyone. For those who do not think they are ready for 22 miles, we will have an 11-mile option. We will also have several support vehicles and some of the support team are committing to ruck a few miles throughout the course.
We will have a small ceremony to kick off the event and we will be recognizing Veterans who took their lives at the mile markers
All fund raised will go towards Blue Star Service Dogs which provides service dogs to Veterans experiencing PTSD and TBI.
