RTP-GCP/RTP-AWS IWD ML/AI Image Classification using FashionNIST dataset

The RTP-GCP and RTP-AWS usergroups will present on how to use Machine Learning for Image Classification. After each presentation there will be a workshop using python to practice image classification using simple DNN. We leave it as an option if you wish to do a simpler exercise, you can do a TensorFlow based Hello World.

The coding exercise for gcp uses Google Collab. The coding exercise for AWS uses SageMaker StudioLab. Alternatively if you wish to use your own Jupyter lab/python setup, we can provide some guidance, but due limited time, we suggest the online notebooks above. Lastly, if you do not have an AWS SageMaker Studio Lab Account, please register a week in advance here.
