RSPB Big Garden Birdwatch 2026 (NOMA)

Binoculars at the ready… the Big Garden Birdwatch has rolled around again and we’re inviting all fledgling bird nerds to come join us in the gardens. All ages welcome with special family packs available with colouring books and children’s binoculars.

This year we will be across two of our garden locations in the city to take part in the World’s largest garden wildlife survey:

Morning: Setting off from Pulp Coffee, Sadler's Yard at 10:00.

Afternoon: Setting off from Angel Meadows at 13:00.

In 2025 over 590,000 people (including us) took part across the UK, counting more than 9.1 million birds.

With birds facing so many challenges, it’s more important than ever to get involved. Every bird you do – or don’t – count will provide the RSPB with a valuable insight into how garden birds are faring and what we can be doing to help.
