About this Event
We are pleased to invite you to the official launch of the Réseau en santé numérique (RSN) (Digital Health Network) taking place at the Osler Hall of Montreal's General Hospital on November the 27th. RSN is a vibrant community of academic researchers from a wide range of fields and institutions across Quebec's academic ecosystem. All united in a quest to harness digital and quantitative methods in order to develop and build the foundation of digital health science in Quebec to consolidate practices and skills across all research networks.
Learning health systems (LHS) are innovating rapidly and continuously. They integrate healthcare and research by bringing together data and real-world evidence to improve processes and outcomes. LHS enable cycles of continuous improvement where information is fed back to healthcare consumers and teams and then used in everyday practice and policy to enhance patient care and population health.
The RSN Digital Health Impact symposium (DHI2024) aims to accelerate the adoption of digital health technologies that can enable a LHS, with the specific objectives being to:
- Understand how digital health can enable an LHS from the perspectives of innovation, research, and policy
- Identify the role of different types of evidence in driving digital health adoption in an LHS
- Get acquainted with goals and activities of the RSN and its partners, and discover how to get involved
The conference is open to researchers, professors, students, industry representatives, partner patients and everyone interested in research in digital health.
We look forward meeting you and exchanging ideas. Meanwhile please do not hesitate to contact us as [email protected] for any question
