About this Event
Building Wales: Homes for the Future
What does the future hold for secure, healthy, and aspirational housing for everyone?
Join us for the 32nd RSAW Annual Conference, where we will explore the theme:
“Better Wales: Homes for the Future.”
This year’s conference will delve into the future of housing in Wales, examining how we can create a secure, healthy, and aspirational housing stock for all. With housing remaining a key priority under the current Labour Government, the event will bring together a diverse range of speakers from across the UK to showcase principles of good housing design and policy that support our shared aspirations.
We will be joined by policymakers, housing professionals, and experts from across the built environment, who will share insights into how architecture can shape the future of housing in Wales.
Under the presidency of Alan Francis (2025–2027), this conference will also serve as a platform for RSAW members to contribute their expertise and help shape RSAW’s strategic priorities. Through interactive sessions, networking opportunities, and collaborative working groups, delegates will have the opportunity to share ideas, provide real-time feedback, and help advance the RSAW Vision.
Let’s build a better Wales—together.
