🏸 Tournament Format
• Total Teams: 16
• System: Knockout
• Registration Type: Single Player Registration
• Team Formation: Lottery-based team pairing; It’s all about luck. No chance of changing team member.
• Eligibility: Open only for running community members
• Must bring your own racket / badminton bat.
This unique lottery system ensures fairness, inclusiveness, and new connections, allowing participants to play with different teammates and strengthen community bonding.

🏸 Tournament Rules (BWF Scoring System)
To ensure professional standards, the tournament will strictly follow the Badminton World Federation (BWF) scoring system:
• Scoring: Matches are Best of 3 sets. Each set is played to 21 points.
• Rally Point: A point is scored on every serve.
• The Deuce (Setting): At 20-all, the side that gains a 2-point lead first wins (e.g., 22–20).
• The Cap: If the score reaches 29-all, the side scoring the 30th point wins that set.
• Intervals: A 60-second interval occurs when the leading score reaches 11 points. A 2-minute interval is allowed between sets.
• Sides: Teams switch ends after the completion of the first and second sets. In the third set, teams switch ends when a side reaches 11 points.
