This will be our first evening meeting. Childcare will be provided by district staff with the help of Round Rock Honor Society Students in the gym, meeting will be in the library. ARD 101 evening education will be presented after the meeting.
District staff provide updates to parents from the Director of Special Education, Director of Dyslexia Services, Special Education Parent Liaisons, and Early Childhood Coordinator.
The Council functions as an advisory council to the Executive Director of Special Education/504 and the Superintendent of Schools of the Round Rock Independent School District in the area of Special Education/504. We make recommendations concerning policies and program improvements and long-range planning and establishment of school district goals and objectives for Special Education/504. The council also works to coordinate and plan upcoming events.
