RRC's 1x Safety Clinic

Learn the essential safety skills for rowing a 1x! Participants will be guided through a safety lesson, learn to self-rescue, rescue others from their shell, and complete/renew your Float Test if needed. The goal of this training is to empower all rowers to take charge of your safety on the water by providing you with the knowledge you need. This clinic is for athletes who have prior rowing experience. Wear your rowing clothes and bring a dry change of clothes/towel. Spots are limited, so register early!

Rowers from all clubs are welcome.

Adult Session: 7am - 8:30am

Youth Session: 8:30am - 10am

This event takes place at the Lindbergh Pool (16740 128th Ave SE, Renton, WA 98058)

Participation is free for current RRC youth and adult athletes, and $25 for non-RRC members from any of our neighbor clubs. Please select the appropriate ticket based on your membership status. Thank you for supporting RRC and water safety for all!
