All parishioners are invited to attend the Parish Potluck Tailgate Royals Game and Fireworks on Friday, September 5th. Coronation is co-hosting this event with Our Lady of Good Counsel. Last year, we had over 200 people attend and it was a great time.
All details are on the attached flier but here are the basics:
-Friday, September 5
-Cost is $18/person.
--Royals tickets are $16/person
--We are asking $2/person to cover the cost of the meat
-Tailgate starts at 4:30pm in parking lot N
--- Look for the very large black BBQ/smoker on a trailer to find the group in Lot N
-Bring a large side, salad or dessert to share
-Francis is once again providing all the meat (ribs and chicken drumsticks) but we are asking for a $2 contribution per person to help pay for it
-Bring your own drinks and chairs for the tailgate
-Game is at 6:40pm vs the Twins with fireworks to follow
--- Remember that backpacks, bags and purses are not allowed into Kauffman Stadium but you can bring in one unopened/sealed bottle of water per person and you can bring in snacks if they are in a clear ziplock bag
