This year, we celebrate the magic of friendship as eight beloved princesses come together for a grand affair filled with music, storytelling, and cherished memories.
On June 14, 2025, our charming banquet hall, My Enchanted Events Venue, will be transformed into a dazzling kingdom, where guests of all ages will be swept away in a fairy tale brought to life. From the moment you arrive, you’ll be surrounded by wonder, elegance, and the joyous spirit of togetherness.

✨ Session C Information ✨
Session C is offered at a discounted rate due to a few key differences from our earlier sessions. Unlike Sessions A and B, there will not be a VIP Reception available beforehand. Additionally, the tea party menu will be simplified, featuring only desserts and refreshments without savory items and a reduced variety of sweets.
While the event will still include magical performances, character interactions, and all the enchanting experiences of the main tea party, professional photography will not be provided during this session. Guests are welcome to take their own photos to capture the special moments.
This session is perfect for those looking for a more budget-friendly option while still enjoying the magic of the Festival of Friendship!

✨Ticket & Seating Information✨
• All guests ages 3+ must purchase a general admission ticket to attend the main event.
• Lap infants (children not yet walking) do not require a ticket and may be seated on a parent’s lap.
• Due to space restrictions, strollers and car seats will not be permitted inside the event room.
• Children with tickets will be seated at the princess tables alongside a princess of their choice for an immersive experience. Parents will be seated nearby in a reserved seating area.
• VIP Reception tickets are only required for children. Adults may accompany their child to the VIP Reception free of charge.
• For the comfort of all guests and to abide by legal capacity limits, we can only accommodate up to one adult per child in your party. (For example, if you have one child attending, one adult may accompany them. If you have two children attending, up to two adults may attend, etc.)

✨ VIP Reception Experience ✨
Make your royal experience even more magical with our VIP Reception, an exclusive pre-event gathering where dreams come true! VIP guests will enjoy a private meet & greet with ALL ten attending princesses, providing a rare opportunity for one-on-one interactions and a professional group photo with the entire royal court.
Children will be treated to a princess makeover, adding the perfect touch of sparkle to their enchanting day, and will receive a special royal gift as a keepsake of this unforgettable experience. VIP guests will also receive priority seating during the main event, ensuring they are seated closest to the princess at their chosen table. The reception will feature light refreshments and an exclusive performance that can only be seen during this special gathering.
There will be two VIP Receptions offered—one before Session A and one before Session B. There will NOT be a VIP Reception before Session C.
Important Information:
• The VIP Reception is an add-on experience and must be purchased in addition to a general admission ticket.Guests cannot attend only the VIP Reception.
• Only children require a VIP ticket to attend. Adults may accompany their child at no additional cost.
• Makeover Disclaimer: Princess makeovers include light cosmetic applications such as glitter, eye shadow, lip gloss, and face gems. All products used are designed for children and are generally safe for sensitive skin. However, by participating in this experience, parents/guardians acknowledge that Tutu Tales Party Productions is not liable for any potential allergic reactions or skin sensitivities that may occur. If your child has known allergies or skin sensitivities, we encourage you to inform our staff upon arrival or opt out of the makeover portion.

General Information:
- Programs will be distributed at the event for the guests' convenience. The 90-minute Main Event will include introductions, a tea party, live performances, and free play. Guests will have an opportunity to meet all of the princesses, take pictures and receive autographs during the free play. Guests will each be served light tea party treats and refreshments. The menu will be disclosed at least one month before the date of the event.
- This event is recommended for children ages 3-9. For the safety and comfort of the guests and staff, parents and guardians must remain seated at their seats at all times during the Main Event. Lap infants do not require a ticket purchase. Due to limited space, we are unable to allow strollers into the facility during this event.
- You must provide a copy of your ticket purchase (printed or digital) upon arrival at the Registration table where you will be checked in and provided with the event program. VIP guests will also receive a wristband.
- All guests, children and adults, are encouraged to wear their royal attire. This is a sophisticated, regal event!
- Guests with dietary restrictions are welcome to bring their own snacks to the event. The food served may contain dairy, gluten, peanuts, and other potential allergens. Full menus will be disclosed at least one month prior to the event.
-This year, our event will feature a selection of desserts and refreshments instead of a full meal. Children will enjoy treats displayed at their tables in a high tea-style setting, while adults can pick up their own selection of sweet treats and beverages from a separate refreshment area. Session C will include a simplified menu.
- A professional photographer will be capturing photographs of the event and the guests. By purchasing a ticket, you consent to our sharing of the images captured on our social media pages. The professional photographer will not be present during Session C.
- Refund Policy: Tickets for the 2025 Royal Tea Party are nonrefundable. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you can no longer attend, you may try and sell your tickets through Tutu Tales (we must broker the transaction) or you may gift your tickets to a relative or friend. If the event must be postponed due to local regulations, you will have the option to transfer your seat to a future event or you may use the credit towards a private event.
- Tutu Tales reserves the right to cancel or postpone this event. Any cancellations will be announced no later than one month before the event and all monies will be returned to the guests to the same payment method utilized when purchasing the tickets.
- This event, company and staff is in no way affiliated with Disney, Universal, Nickelodeon, or any other nationally known organization. The production of the Royal Tea Party is completely created and produced by the owners and managers at Tutu Tales Party Productions with the purpose of providing our community with an entertaining experience. The name and concept of this event are intellectual property of Tutu Tales Party Productions and recreation of this event is considered infringement.

🚗 Parking Information 🚗
Our venue is located inside a small shopping center with limited parking. To ensure a smooth arrival, we have arranged an overflow parking lot at 1251 Seminola Blvd, Casselberry, FL 32707 in the grass lot. Please follow the signs, as this lot requires a short 2-minute walk to the venue.
We kindly ask that guests do not park in any spots marked as reserved for neighboring businesses. To help reduce congestion, we highly recommend carpooling with friends and family whenever possible. Thank you for your cooperation!
