Royal Renaissance 2024 Presentation Ball

The Jack and Jill of America, Inc., Montgomery County Maryland Chapter, is pleased to announce its 8th Biennial Cotillion-Beautillion, a premier seven-month youth leadership development program that culminates April 20, 2024, with the Royal Renaissance 2024 Ball, a black-tie dinner, presentation ceremony and dance to celebrate and honor the participants. Since September 2023, these young men and women have been performing community service and participating in workshops that focus on entrepreneurs, leadership, etiquette and other skills that are pertinent to effectuating a smooth transition into the college years and beyond. They are also raising money through the sale of tickets to the Presentation Ball, as well as advertisements for the Souvenir Journal to be distributed at the event.

The proceeds will support three 501(c) 3 organizations:

•Extraordinary Birthdays, which provides birthday parties and literacy support for homeless children.

•Wings For Joy, which provides programs and services to women and children including delivering backpacks, clothing, home and personal care items through local community centers, schools, and shelters.

• Jack and Jill of America Foundation, Inc., the philanthropic arm of Jack and Jill of America, Inc., which has, since its inception in 1968, distributed millions of dollars to communities all across America. Participants will also have the opportunity to earn a portion of the proceeds raised to apply to college application fees, standardized test, books and preparatory workshops.
