About this Event

NEW THIS YEAR!

In lieu of a Royal Sparkle Breakfast, join us following the parade for Royal Refreshments at the festival ground pavilion to rehydrate, enjoy snacks, and mingle with other visiting royalty. This will take place until the Royal Brain Freeze begins at 1:00 PM.

The Festival Pavilion is located on the Festival Grounds at the Eagan Community Center. This is the only covered area on the grounds.

Please register so we can get an idea of how many people will be in attendance.
