Brighten your morning with an energetic flow that will revive you with RPT's Bay York. You will flow, balance, strengthen, and stretch as you connect to your inner self.
Flow with breath to movement Sun Salutation variations at our rooftop pool, followed by balancing, heart openers, and twisting postures. To end, you will practice grounding postures to leave you feeling centered and balanced.
