Join us at Virgin Active Kensington for an exclusive Royal Parks Half Shake Out Run.
We’ll keep it light, chatty and social - the perfect way to loosen the legs and get into the race weekend buzz. After the run, refuel with refreshments from Kauai (you’ve earned it) and enjoy full access to our spa and recovery facilities.
