Roxhill Meets... Rachel Cranshaw

The lead journalist on the 'Hotelegraph', Rachel heads up the huge hotel reviews portion of the Telegraph Travel desk, deciding which new hotels need to be reviewed and keeping track of the enormous bank of existing content. She joins us to explain the structure of her immediate team, which hotels make the grade for the Telegraph reader and how best to convey all the information about the properties you're representing so her team can decide whether they are worth considering.
