Rox Queens x Ultimate You: Bali Launch event - FEMALE ATHLETES ONLY

We are so excited to have teamed up with Courtney and Tom from The Ultimate You for one heck of an epic launch event! Get ready for a pre-season Hyrox workshop designed to refine your technique on the ergs (Ski & Rower) and deepen your understanding of specific strength training exercises to boost your power and efficiency on the ergs too. After the workshop, you'll put your new skills to the test with a team-based Hyrox-inspired workout, all in preparation for the upcoming Hyrox season. Plus, you'll have plenty of chances to ask any Hyrox race or training related questions to Courntey & Tom and connect with like-minded female Hyrox athletes, both living here in Bali and traveling at the moment.
