This 2.5 hour seminar will teach you the proper, most efficient rowing technique to use in your workouts. Mike will teach rowing physiology, as well as proper erging technique to better your athletes daily performance, avoid injuries, and maximize their scores in competition. He will show you how to drop your stroke rates, lower your fan setting, and add more power per stroke to improve your scores. His resume includes several Olympians, a dozen National Team and U23 athletes, and owner Jeb Simmons of Crossfit Ft Atkinson, a top 25 finisher at the 2018 Crossfit games, who completed both staff and athlete training.This seminar is only $30 cash to attend.
