Join us for an unforgettable in-person experience at Roux & Roma Which is a once a month exclusive dinner club hosted by Chef Caso with Caso Kitchen. If you love bold Creole flavors, classic Italian cuisine and unforgettable dining experiences, Roux & Roma was created for you. Whether you're a looking for a perfect date night idea, celebrating an anniversar/birthday, a music lover, or just looking to have a great time, this event’s got you covered. Expect good vibes, an upscale ambiance, and a dinner club experience that you will remember for a lifetime.

"A Summer Evening Along The Coast" dinner club menu:

• Bruschetta trio- Signature tomato relish, Charred peach & bacon jam, Creole braised beef

• Summer Wedge Salad- charred romaine, heirloom tomatoes, crispy proscuitto, shaved Parmesan, lemon herb vinaigrette

• New Orleans BBQ salmon medallions- Blackened salmon, garlic confit potato puree, New Orleans BBQ glaze, thinly shaved radish

• Creole oxtail ragu- Slow braised oxtail, roasted Creole ragu, crispy spaghetti, percorino romano

• Bannas foster brioche- Banannas, toasted brioche, brown sugar glaze, ice cream

• Beverages- Peach raspberry life changing lemonade, freshly brewed tea, ice water & complimentary drink

What's included:

• Menu- A custom 5 course chef curated Creole Italian menu where Chef Caso will be showcasing and blending his Creole Italian heritage into each dish presented to the attendees
• Souvenir- One professionally captured Roux & Roma photo to commemorate the evening (prior to or after the event). The photo will be sent to you around a week after the event.
• Live entertainment- Saxaphone performed by C-Note
• Connection- Creating a community of people who love to get dressed up and enjoy a night of great food, picture worthy ambiance and live entertainment
• Seasonal theme- Each Roux & Roma event will present a custom seasonal inspired menu
• Beverages- Fresh squeezed life changing lemonade, Fresh brewed tea, ice water and a complimentary drink
• Limited seating- seating is limited to ensure an intimate and exclusive dinner club experience

• Age limit- 21+

Follow Caso Kitchen's social media any and all updates for current/future Roux & Roma events:

Refunds & cancellations- all ticket sales are final. If you cannot attend the event, your ticket will be credited with Caso Kitchen's system and can be applied to duties Roux & Roma events (must be used within 69 days if the original event date). Any unused transferred tickets will be forfeited and will not be eligible to use for additional transfers, credits or refunds. Guest must request their Roux & Roma ticket credit at least 72 hours before the event date. Ticket requests are accepted via Cas Kitchen social media DM, please provide your first/last name, number and email in the DM.
