Come and be guided out of your comfort zone (in one of the kindest, gentlest and most fun ways possible as is Trisha's way!) and find your unique groove!
If you want to improve your solo movement (and therefore your partnered dancing!!), find your groove and grow your confidence with solo vernacular movement, then physically understanding the roots of this dance form are absolutely key.
Trisha says: 'Roots To Routes' will explore the interconnections between various dances from the African diaspora and how they complement one another. We will work in terms of movement and understanding rhythm. We will explore how at the core of experience one finds self-expression and individuality.
