Join us for the opening of the third iteration of the Southern Survey Biennial, a dynamic exhibition celebrating recent works by contemporary visual artists living and working across the American South. Hosted by Project Row Houses, this biennial highlights the collective creativity, cultural perspectives, and artistic innovation emerging from the Southern region.
Selected artists will present installations throughout PRH’s seven art houses on Holman Street, transforming the historic campus into a vibrant survey of contemporary Southern visual art.
The Southern Survey Biennial was created to expand opportunities for artists rooted in the South and to strengthen regional visibility and support for creative communities across Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia.
Celebrate the opening with artists, curators, and community members for an evening of art, conversation, and connection.
