Hollerbach's beef 𝙍𝙤𝙪𝙡𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙣 are back again for one night on Thursday, July 18th! Beginning at 5 pm, our Beef Rouladen - beef slices pounded thin and rolled with mustard, bacon, onions and pickles, braised and served in a rich brown gravy made with braising liquid and pickle brine - will be available until we run out. We suggest traditional sides of potato dumplings and red cabbage. No pre-orders - first come first served only!
