Sign up today for a Turnout & Rotation workshop led by Miss Amanda. Dancers will be focusing on understanding the uniqueness of the body and dancing more efficiently. Dancers will learn activation & isolation exercises and will integrate this learning into their dancing. Methods learned can be applied to weekly dance classes to maximize improvement.
