About this Event
Rotaract X Afrikicks Charity Pick-up Basketball Tournament
Join us for the Rotaract X Afrikicks Charity Pick-up Basketball Tournament where you can showcase your skills on the court while supporting a great cause. We will be donating all proceeds to the Africkicks Organization. We will also be accepting shoe donations and be holding a raffle with signed NBA merch valued at $400+
About the Event: All proceeds from this event will go to the Afrikicks organization, as well as all shoes donated. Please bring any gently used shoes to enable those in need. This will be single elimination tournament and each member of the winning team will win a prize.
About Afrikicks: Afrikicks has donated 250K+ shoes to communites in Africa in an attempt to lower risk of soil-transimitted diseases. Over 2 billion people suffer from soil transmitted diseases and parasites, most of whom who do not have access to proper hygiene and other health recources.
Bring yourself, a pair of gently used shoes and your friends, for a day of fun while supporting a good cause.
