Join us for a Rossignol shoe demo and group run!
Tuesday, July 21st
Demo opens at 6:15pm, Run begins at 6:30pm
Meeting Location: Corner of Xerxes Ave N and Glenwood Ave, Mpls, MN (3100 Glenwood Ave, Mpls, MN 55422)
Runners returning between 6:40pm (4mile group) and 7:45pm (6 mi group)
4 and 6 mile routes at paces ranging from walk/jog to roughly 11 min/mile (on hilly trail)
Route runs through the Southwest Wirth, quaking bog, brownie lake and cedar lake sections of Wirth Park. Mostly single and double track with short paved sections connecting the trails.
