ABOUT AMANDA ROSS-HO
Amanda Ross-Ho is an interdisciplinary artist and a Professor of Sculpture at the University of California, Irvine. Her work reshapes the complex collateral of time into experimental archives, monuments, and discursive tableaus. She has exhibited her work at galleries, museums, and public spaces worldwide. She is the recipient of numerous awards, including the Trellis Art Fund Milestone Grant (2025), the Marciano Art Foundation Artadia Award (2025); and the Anonymous Was a Woman Award (2023). She holds a BFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago (1998) and an MFA from University of Southern California Roski School of Art, Los Angeles (2006).
ABOUT ROSKI TALKS
The USC Roski School’s Roski Talks lecture series offers engaging weekly presentations from leading visual artists, design innovators, scholars, performance artists, architects, and other influential figures throughout the academic year. These events are a popular among the Roski community and frequently attract members of the public.
Held in an intimate setting, Roski Talks encourage audience participation and open dialogue. Each session concludes with lively group discussions and Q&A opportunities.
